HYDRA Complete Commerce Management features a variety of support options to fit your business needs. Level 1 and Level 2 support are provided standard, at no additional cost. If you prefer a more direct support option we offer Level 3 and Level 4 support for an additional fee. Primary (Level 1) support within HYDRA, is handled by a robust in-application help and training system. Users can view intuitive help for most items as well as watch tutorial and training videos from within the application.

Integrated Support
Intuitive help within HYDRA and video tutorials give users access to nearly any piece of information about configuring and using HYDRA Complete Commerce Management. This support option is included at NO charge with HYDRA.

Email Support
24/7 Email support allows you to ask specific questions regarding HYDRA. This support option is included at NO charge with HYDRA. Email support is offered 24/7.

Phone and Web Meeting Support
This support option allows our staff to give live demos within HYDRA on the client's machine. This support option can be used for training, configuration, or issue resolution. Standard phone support is available 8:00AM – 5:00PM M-F PST. Phone and Web Meeting Support is available at an additional charge to the standard HYDRA subscription.

On-Site Support
Sometimes the best way to conduct training, configuration, or issue resolution is face-to-face. For these instances we offer our On-Site Support option. On-Site support must be scheduled in advance, please Contact Us for details. On-Site Support is available at an additional charge to the standard HYDRA subscription.
